Welcome to the Sterility Assurance Laboratories, Inc. (SA Labs) website.  We provide microbiological, chemical analysis, and calibration services for the medical device manufacturing, contract sterilization, and produce industries.

Microbiological testing services include bioburden (residual organism) assessments on medical devices and specific identifications of those organisms to the genus and species level, if required.

We also provide quantitative bioburden counts of fresh and fresh-cut produce and of the air, water, and hardware in the facilities in which it is processed, packaged or stored.

We provide calibration services for temperature and relative humidity sensors, probes, chart recorders, and dataloggers.  Our other services include contract packaging and package evaluations including accelerated aging of packages and / or products, and finished device testing for EO and ethylene chlorohydrin (ECH) residuals via gas chromatography. 

SA Labs, Inc. is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona with a satellite facility in Adams County, Pennsylvania.  Established in 2000, our team has many years of experience in health care manufacturing and testing for Fortune 100 companies.  We are ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2003 certified through Orion Registrars.
